Bradley did a superb job serving as Program Chairman of the Social Media and Web Analytics Summit last April in San Francisco. He stepped into the role at short notice and was extremely flexible throughout the hectic two days – for example, stepping in to moderate the panel for the gentleman who canceled on me at the last minute! He was a huge help in ensuring the smooth running of the agenda and really contributed towards a great summit He did a fantastic job, both in preparation and opening the conference, engaging with our attendees throughout the two days – asking thoughtful questions of our speakers and really engaging attendees in the dialog.
